The electrical heating of back glass and external rear-view mirrors is applied as means against their fogging and frosting.

To include at the same time an electrical heating of back glass and external rear-view mirrors, it is necessary to press the button 2 (see fig. 2.12). At the included heating the light-emitting diode in the button burns. The built-in timer automatically turns off heating of back glass and external rear-view mirrors approximately in 12 minutes.

NOTES — on the cars equipped with system of electronic regulation of climate (ESS) after a short break of electrical heatings of back glass and external rear-view mirrors the new 12-minute cycle will be revolved and will begin; — if the car is not equipped with system of electronic regulation of climate (ESS), then in need of renewal of heating it is necessary to press the button (2) again; — if it is required to switch off heating, just press the button (2).
