Coupling is dry, one-disk. Press a disk with a diaphragm spring 2 (fig. 5.3.). Management of coupling hydromechanical, consisting of a pedal, the main cylinder, connecting cabins and a hose, the working cylinder, the lever of the drive of a fork and the release bearing. The main cylinder of coupling has no tank for brake fluid. It is powered from a tank of the main brake cylinder, and from its top part. It reaches the solution of one of safety problems. If there is a leak in the brake system, at first coupling ceases to work and gear shifting becomes difficult as the conducted disk ceases to be released when pressing a coupling pedal. Therefore during the unsatisfactory work of coupling (difficult inclusion of transfers) troubleshooting should be begun with check of level of brake fluid in a tank of the main brake cylinder. Perhaps, the reason in malfunction of brakes.
All mechanism of coupling and its drive from a pedal to the release bearing do not need service.
