At installation of the lower lever it is necessary to perform works in such sequence:

— mount the lower lever from a body by means of an adjusting bolt 1 (see fig. 8.9);

— put a bolt of the longitudinal lever;

— delay a suspension bracket of a wheel down and put a shock-absorber bolt;

— put nuts and tighten them fingers;

— check purity of surfaces of contact of a brake disk and nave. Grease the central directing pin in a forward part of a nave with anticorrosive structure 1161038-3. Put a wheel and slightly tighten bolts, then tighten them on diagonal the moment of 110 N · m.

PREVENTION It is important to carry out an inhaling on diagonal, putting the specified moment. It will prevent formation of tension in a brake disk.

— put a nave cover;

— remove a support and several times rock the car up-down;

— put an adjusting bolt in former position (fig. 8.12);

— tighten bolts the next moments: a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever the moment of 90 N · m, a bolt of fastening of the shock-absorber the moment of 80 N · m, a fastening bolt on a body the moment of 80 N · m.

— mount the stabilizer of cross stability on the lower lever, tighten a bolt the moment of 45 N · m;

— check and if necessary adjust the angles of installation of wheels.
