For removal of the plug execute the following operations:

— remove a mudguard of 1 (fig. 8.13) of an arm 3 cables of the parking brake;

— establish a support under a body, but so that the wheel was not released;

— disconnect draft of control of a convergence from the longitudinal lever, turn out a bolt 2 of the forward rubber plug, delay the longitudinal lever down and record;

— mount a sleeve of 999 5632 (fig. 8.14) and the screw 999 5589 on the special tool 999 5575;

— insert the screw into the rubber plug, put a sleeve 999 5632-2 and tighten a nut;

— to a vypressuyta the rubber plug also remove it from the special tool;

— clear the longitudinal lever;

— cover the rubber plug with assembly lubricant 1161006-0;

— install the special tool 999 5632 over the screw 999 5589;

— install the screw and the new rubber plug, be convinced of correctness of its installation;

— install the rubber plug in the special tool 999 5632 outside, tighten a nut fingers;

— press the rubber plug in the longitudinal lever against the stop;

— remove the special tool;

— be convinced that the rubber plug acts equally from each party;

— lift the longitudinal lever and put a bolt 2 (see fig. 8.13);

— mount draft of control of a convergence on the longitudinal lever. Tighten a bolt the moment of 35 N · m;

— remove a support and several times rock the car up-down;

— tighten a bolt the moment of 90 N · m;

— put an arm of a cable of the parking brake, to tighten four bolts the moment

21 N · m;

— put a mudguard, to tighten a bolt the moment of 15 N · m.
