For replacement of the lock:

— disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery;

— establish a steering wheel in the lowermost situation;

— remove the lower cover of a steering wheel;

— turn the ignition key in situation 1;

— wring out a stopper of the locking cylinder a 2-mm center punch (fig. 7.30);

— remove the ignition lock;

— insert a key into the new lock;

— turn the ignition key in situation 1;

— wring out a stopper a center punch and insert the cylinder into the ignition lock;

— check operation of the lock.
