For replacement of the lock of a steering column: remove a steering column and establish it

in a vice;

— drill an opening in the cut-off bolts;

— remove the cut-off bolts by means of the special tool 998 5447 or accurately pour out; remove the case of the lock of a steering column (fig. 7.31);

— put the new lock and its fastening on a steering column;

— tighten two srezny bolts before fixing of a steering wheel on the place;

— put the cylinder;

— check operation of the lock;

— tighten bolts to a cut of their heads;

— establish a steering column.
