The order of removal of the module has to be the following:

— disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery;

— turn out two Torx screws in a back part of the module in a steering wheel;

— disconnect the socket and remove the module in a steering wheel;

— connect the tool 998 8695 (fig. 7.35). This tool is used in order that during launch of the engine codes of malfunctions were not registered;

— connect a negative wire to the rechargeable battery.

For installation of the module of an inflatable pillow in a steering wheel:

— disconnect a negative wire of the rechargeable battery;

— connect the socket, having pressed the lower part of the module to a steering wheel;

— tighten Torx screws the moment of 10 N · m.

— be convinced that the module is fixed reliably;

— connect a negative wire to the rechargeable battery.
