You make removal and installation of a cowl as follows:

— establish a prop under a cowl;

— disconnect a windshield washer hose (fig. 11.50);

— remove a lock bracket of a core of an emphasis.

— turn out bolts of fastening of loops;

— establish upside-down (the moment of an inhaling of bolts of 24 N · l);

— adjust a cowl.

You make removal and installation of elements of a cowl as follows:

— remove the noise-insulating panel for what accurately flat screw-driver take the fixing plastic latches;

— remove also windshield washer hoses;

— remove a sealant, 2 pieces for headlights and 1 piece across a cowl;

— remove a front grille;

— put elements on a new cowl;

— put a lattice;

— put windshield washer hoses;

— put the noise-insulating panel;

— put a sealant (use a bilateral adhesive tape).

NOTES Surely process a new cowl anticorrosive structure. Adjust windshield washers.

You make adjustment of a cowl (fig. 11.51) as follows:

— longitudinal and cross adjustment (behind): weaken bolts and adjust the provision of a cowl (the moment of an inhaling of bolts of 10 N · l);

— cross adjustment (in front): weaken bolts of fastening of the lock and wring out them sideways against the stop;

— vertical (in front): turn shock-absorbers;

You make replacement of a cable of unlocking of a cowl (fig. 11.52) as follows (adjustment is impossible):

— turn out three bolts of fastening of the lock;

— disconnect a cable from the lock;

— remove a wheel arch;

— extend a cable through a wheel arch;

— turn out screws of fastening of the handle of unlocking of a cowl located in salon;

— remove a cable from the handle;

— extend a cable through a wheel arch;

— installation is made upside-down, put on the coupling a new cable (the moment of an inhaling of fixing bolts of 8 N · м).
