You make removal of a front bumper (fig. 11.80) as follows:

— remove the lower guard of the engine;

— remove clamps in the lower part of a bumper (2 pieces);

— remove an overlay of a bumper (2 screws self-tapping screws);

— remove fastening of a bumper on a side wing (2 screws self-tapping screws);

— turn out four bolts of a cross-piece from below;

— disconnect sockets of fog lights, a sound signal, dimensional lamps and screen wipers of headlights;

— lift levers of screen wipers of headlights;

— remove a bumper;

— disconnect a hose of a washer of headlights at a tee.

You make installation upside-down. Surely adjust the provision of a bumper. Moment of an inhaling of bolts of 40 N · m.

You make dismantling of a front bumper (fig. 11.81) as follows:

— remove dimensional lamps (press latches);

— remove a spoiler (17 brackets);

— remove levers of screen wipers of headlights;

— remove knot of the electric motor and lever of a screen wiper of a headlight assembled;

— remove the plug of screen wipers of a headlight;

— remove a sound signal and fog lights;

— remove a strip slip;

— remove a basic bar and fastening;

— remove a molding (at first take out a clamp, and then remove, having shifted, a molding).

You make assembly upside-down.

You make removal of a rear bumper as follows:

— remove the negative plug of the accumulator (fig. 11.82);

— remove a floor covering in a luggage carrier;

— remove an overlay of an internal part of a rear bumper in a luggage carrier;

— take out percussion caps And yes take away side panels inside;

— outside of the car remove an overlay of a bumper, having taken out percussion caps of 2 (fig. 11.83);

— fastening of a bumper on a wing, screws self-tapping screws 1 (2 pieces);

— disconnect sockets of dimensional lamps;

— turn off (fig. 11.84) screws 3, nuts 1, and bolts 2;

— take out a percussion cap 4 under the central part of a bumper;

— remove a rear bumper.

You make installation upside-down. Moment of an inhaling of bolts of a body of 40 N · m. Moment of an inhaling of bolts of a sidewall of 5 N · m.

You make dismantling of a rear bumper (fig. 11.85) as follows:

— remove dimensional lamps (press latches);

— remove a side assembly plate;

— put forward a spoiler (4 percussion caps and 2 clamps);

— remove a basic bar (8 clamps) and its fastening (16 clamps);

— remove a strip slip (2 percussion caps);

— having taken out 14 clamps, disconnect a molding.

Assembly of a rear bumper is made upside-down.
