There are following general requirements to adjustment of provision of doors:

— doors have to open and be closed easy;

— edges of doors have to settle down level with external elements of the car;

— all doors are regulated at a clamp of the lock and at loops.

You make adjustment of provision of forward doors as follows:

— weaken both bolts on a side surface of a door;

— adjust the provision of a forward door (max. 1 mm);

— tighten bolts.

Bolts of fastening of door loops on a body (fig. 11.54) allow to carry out adjustment in wider range. You make such adjustment as follows:

— remove facing from a wing;

— remove foam consolidation;

— to turn off bolts in a body from within a wheel arch;

— adjust the provision of a forward door;

— tighten bolts in a body from within a wheel arch (the moment of an inhaling of bolts of 21 N · м).

Carry out adjustment of provision of back doors (fig. 11.55) as follows:

— weaken four bolts of a rack In and adjust the provision of a door;

— back doors on both sides can also be regulated at loops;

— tighten bolts the moment of 21 N · m.

You make adjustment of a clamp of the lock (fig. 11.56) as follows:

— weaken bolts so that the clamp of the lock could be shifted;

— the door should not lean on a lock clamp, and the clamp of the lock should not wring out a door up;

— holding the handle of delayed, be convinced that the door opens and closed without extraneous noises;

— check reliability of closing of a door and be convinced that it is closed level with a body;

— tighten bolts the moment of 21 N · m.
