At removal of the lock of a forward door (fig. 11.60) act as follows:

1) remove the panel of facing of a forward door;

2) remove a door noise isolation for what:

— remove the holder 2, a percussion cap 3 and a clamp 1;

— accurately remove the loudspeaker of the audio system and a noise isolation (partially);

— remove an element of the SIPS 4 system together with the holder (2 screws);

3) remove a guide of a windowpane (fig. 11.61) for what:

— extend a rubber sealant from a guide;

— turn off a bolt 1;

— delay a guide down and remove;

4) remove knot of the internal lock of a forward door (fig. 11.62) for what:

— unscrew the screw self-tapping screw 1;

— disconnect the handle of unlocking of a door;

— shift a guide forward and extract glass (wring out a latch 2 from within);

— take out drafts from clips from the unlocking handle;

— to a vypressuyta a conducting plait clamp from the lower part of a door;

— turn out face screws 3 and press the lock 4;

— remove the blocking rod 5 from the internal lock;

— take draft from the lock and remove lock knot;

5) remove the door handle (fig. 11.63) for what:

— turn out two bolts 1 and remove a slip;

— press latches from below;

— press draft inside and remove from a clip;

— take out the door handle the movement up;

6) remove the mechanism of the lock (fig. 11.64) for what:

— insert a key into the lock;

— turn out the screw 1, remove a ring 2 and the lever 3;

— accurately remove a spring 4 that it did not jump out;

— remove the lock with a key.

You make installation of the mechanism of the lock as follows:

— grease the mechanism;

— put a sealing ring;

— establish a key code (if necessary);

— insert a key into the lock and install the mechanism of the door lock;

— put a spring with a cover;

— adjust the provision of a latch and wrap the screw.

You make further assembly of a door as it should be, the return to dismantling.
