After coloring process a back door anticorrosive structure.

Rearrange all shock-absorbers and caps.

NOTE All components need to be dismantled from a back door until it is removed.

Make sure that components and conducting are mounted in such a way that their jingle is excluded. Establish a conducting plait, having used a cord.

Assembled (fig. 11.74) you make removal of a door of a back as follows:

— partially disconnect internal facing of a roof behind;

— extend a conducting plait from a back door (leave it attached to a roof);

— disconnect a washer hose;

NOTE Removal of a door of a back needs to be carried out together.

— turn out bolts from both loops;

— disconnect limiters of its opening from a back door;

— turn out bolts and remove a back door.

You make installation of a door of a back upside-down, taking into account the following remarks:

— grease spherical hinges;

— accurately put a conducting plait cover.

Adjustment of provision of a door of a back (fig. 11.75) can be carried out in two ways:

1) sideways and from above, for what:

— release bolts of fastening of loops to a back door on both sides;

— adjust the provision of a door of a back and tighten bolts the moment of 24 N · m;

2) adjustment of situation is made by installation of laying between a loop and a body.

It is also necessary to adjust shock-absorbers that the door of a back was closed without resistance, and shock-absorbers created the necessary effort.
