You make removal of a forward wing (fig. 11.53) as follows:

— remove the flap;

— remove the forward index of turn, having turned out the screw;

— remove the side repeater 2 indexes of turn on a wing;

— remove an overlay of a threshold;

— turn out the bumper connector screw 7 with a wing;

— turn off fastenings of a forward wing — forward (bolts 8), top (bolts 1), lower (bolts 3);

— remove consolidation (polyfoam);

— turn out a bolt behind a loop of a forward door;

— accurately remove a forward wing;

— remove the available percussion caps and lamellar nuts and rearrange them on a new wing.

You make installation of a new wing as follows:

— clear the internal surface of a forward wing and the surface of fastening to a body;

— process the cleared elements anticorrosive structure;

— establish a forward wing on the place;

— tighten the top bolts (the moment of an inhaling of 6 N · l);

— put a new protective molding.
