You make replacement of the mechanism of a window regulator of a forward door (fig. 11.69) as follows:

— remove the panel of facing of a door (a forward door);

— remove an arm and partially isolation;

— lower glass and turn out fixing screws 1;

— lift glass and record an adhesive tape;

— turn off glass 2 fastening bolts (4 bolts);

— turn off bolts of fastening of the lifting mechanism or electric motor 3 (depending on a complete set);

— disconnect the socket and remove the window regulator mechanism;

— if necessary put assembly plugs over the new mechanism of a window regulator, tighten the moment 10 N · m.

NOTE The window regulator mechanism in spare parts is always delivered assembled.
